Refund & Cancellation Policy – Zyper AI

Effective Date: 23-08-2025 At Zyper AI, we value your trust and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of how cancellations and refunds work when you use our services. 1. Subscription Cancellation You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at zyperai.com@gmail.com . Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. 2. Refund Policy New Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with Zyper AI, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Renewals: Renewal payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. One-Time Payments: Payments made for one-time tools, add-ons, or credits are non-refundable unless there is a technical failure on our side. Failed Payments/Deductions: In case of double charges or failed transactions, we will review and refund the excess amount within 7–10 business days. 3. Refund Process Refund requests must be made by emailing zyperai.com@gmail.com with your order details (transaction ID, date, and email ID). Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank/issuer, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 4. Exceptions (Non-Refundable Cases) Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: Services already used extensively during the billing cycle. Account termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions. Promotional offers, discounts, or free trials upgraded to paid plans. 5.
